One of these such artists is freelance designer Maarten Kleyne, whose textures are jaw-dropping. Noisy Under Atmosphere: Subtle Noise Textures

Maarten Kleyne created and hand picked this very versatile set of subtle noise textures for the Arsenal. They can be used for general texture work, layer masking, and more! They’re highly detailed noise textures of which some incorporate a zoom blur to add an extra dimension of depth to artworks. Some also contain bits of grunge to make an artwork feel less flat and rough. Finally, there are two textures that can add moody lighting effects.
